Delivery Time & Delays

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The Ever Ready First Aid Conforming Gauze Roll Bandage is a great value addition to your home or mobile first aid kits. They did not come individually packed but I put multiple in a zip loc bag in my kit which worked great. They stretch well and are rather soft. Absorbency is not great but I would rather put a sterile pad down and then wrap with this.

A must have for every household's first aid kit. Good quality gauze bandage wrapping material. A good purchase to order again.

This gauze roll is a must for first aid emergencies

These gauze rolls are soft and stretchy, and they're great for wrapping wounds on the extremities. My mother had a pressure wound on her calf that we had to treat and redress daily, and these rolls were perfect for that. They aren't as long as some, but they're long enough to get the job done. The quality is very good and the price is a solid value for the money. I'd recommend them, and I will get them again when needed. These are also ideal for restocking the first aid kits. The rolls are small so they don't take up too much room.

Great addition to our at home first aid kit! It is durable and even held up when we had to make a make shift sling for my 5 year old.

I ordered this to add to my first aid kit and I'm glad I did. My mom had a hip replacement surgery recently so this came in handy. It absorbs fluids as it should and is made of a good material. It's a really good value too because you get quite a lot for your money.

I needed some bandages for my leg. These came really fast and worked out really well. Easy to use and wrap around my leg.

I got this because we are a large family and there is undoubtedly someone who will get hurt and will need this.This gauze has good elasticity, absorbs things well and is easy to apply.I would definitely recommend keeping this in your first aid kit as a backup source and is perfect for situations where you may need it.The hope is that you never need it actually but if you do, this is a good one to have.
