How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@meditackits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@meditackits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Definitely exceeds expectations for the price. Has main things needed for bad case scenarios. We go shooting often and this is a must have! Would recommend to anyone to even keep in the back of car but mostly for camping or trips nothing is around and something bad happened.

When stuff hits the fan, this is the kind of kit you'll be glad you have at your side. This MediTac assault trauma kit comes packed in a clear plastic bag (no retail packaging) with the backpack inside, all pre-packed and ready to go.The backpack itself seems to be of sufficient quality, well made, nice padded straps, breathable back.. zippers seem very sturdy and durable. There are many pockets and compartments on this pack, and they all have misc things stored away and ready for you to use. I did find one compartment has a pamphlet with some tips for dealing with bleeding after an injury. I could have missed it, but didn't see anywhere in the pack that lists the contents of it. There is such an image on the product page here, so I might print that out and slip it in one of the pockets. It would be nice if it mentioned something about where each item can be found in the pack as there's a lot of stuff here. If you're going to be using this in any sort of ""real"" situation where you really need the contents of it with little notice, I'd recommend spending some time going through and figuring out where everything is and possibly reorganizing it to your liking.This seems to be a high quality pack with high quality items, and is something that I'll be very glad to have on hand for when stuff hits the fan. This should give some peace of mind to have along with other doomsday prepping/survival supplies.

Holy smokes this pack has everything! Hopefully more than you would ever need. You've got the typical bandaids, tylenol/ibuprofen, bandage wraps etc... but there is so much more that is unique to this pack: saline containers, iodine, tourniquet, stethoscope, lifestraw drinking water filter, light wands, sting extractor, glucose packs, scissors and soo much more. The backpack is well made and fits everything in the sections of the packs. This is for a die hard backpacker or to have in the back woods as an emergency kit.

This has about everything you need in it, I was surprised how well stocked this bag is and the bag is a quality backpack. This is good for at home, on the road, backpacking, camping. Everything all in one convenient pack. I do wish some items would be labeled though, there was an item or two that I am not sure what they are to be used for.Overall I am impressed, the backpack is stuffed. I may have a problem putting all the items back in after inspecting them to make it fit.
